Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. General
    These Payment Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through GROOWIE FASHION DESIGNING, whether online or in-store.
    By completing a payment, you agree to comply with these Terms.

  1. Payment Methods
    We accept payments via cash, major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfer.
    All payments must be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

  1. Order Confirmation
    An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
    You will receive a payment receipt or confirmation message once the transaction is completed.

  1. Shipping & Delivery
    • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
    • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier service.
    • In case of unforeseen delays (courier issues, weather conditions, or high demand), GROOWIE FASHION DESIGNING will inform customers promptly.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  1. Refunds & Cancellations
    • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of payment if preparation or dispatch has not started. Once prepared or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
    • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
    • Non-refundable items: Customized, made-to-order, worn, or sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  1. Exchange & Replacement Policy
    If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order along with photos or proof.
    After verification, a replacement or store credit will be provided where applicable.
